Ignacio Chico (Argentina, 1986) holds a Master's degree in Contemporary Art Practice from the Royal College of Art, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts
from the Universidad Nacional del Arte, Argentina.
In his training, he took specialization courses at Central Saint Martins (UK), the School of Visual Arts and the National Academy of New York, and Gachi Prieto Gallery (PAC) in Buenos Aires. In 2017, he attended the AIR 3331 Arts Chiyoda residency in Tokyo were he held his first solo exhibition, A Word on war, about Malvinas` War. Among his group shows, he was part of the performance exhibition El Centro en Movimiento at the Centro Cultural Kirchner in Argentina, RCA Degree Show 2022, Forgot to remember to forget at Gerald Moore Gallery, UK, and Menú at Fleisch, Spain in 2022.
He lives and works between Europe and Argentina.
